End User Licence Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and DelTeQ Web Services (Pty) Ltd ("Developer", "We", or "Us") for the use of the Refuells mobile application ("App").

Important Notice
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the App.
1. LICENSE
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App;
  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights while using the App.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by the Developer or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the App.
4. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
7. PRIVACY AND TERMS
This EULA is complemented by our Terms & Privacy Policy, which governs the use of our services and data practices. Please review it carefully.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
